Jonathan was so attentive and knowledgeable! He offered me different shoe options without any pressure at all. Even while helping multiple customers at once, he balanced everything smoothly and still made me feel taken care of. Great customer service!

I visited with my elderly parents and definitely appreciate that they have their own dedicated parking lot. The gentleman who helped us was great - attentive and patient throughout our visit. He did a foot scan so we were able to confirm our foot sizes, width, and pronation. I love New Balance in general since they have wide shoes. They had a couple 4E width shoes in store, which was nice since my dad has diabetic neuropathy and needs wider shoes. Also lately, my mom has been on the hunt for good insoles. She thought their insoles were really great (in the top 2) and got a pair.

My 1st time buying a pair of new balance. The workers were so helpful, the selection was so fire I was in disbelief. After finding the right shoe for me (2002r) I was informed for a 40% discount for Veterans...boy oh boy, shoes went from 149.99 to 89.99 I had to double back and get 2 pair. I was instantly mad at the Air Max 1s i had on that day. Refined Future pack, or Protection Pack. Either way, New Balance has got a new customer.

Very friendly staff. We drove 1 hr to exchange some limited edition shoes. Erick was very nice and help to my husband and I. Definitely worth the drive.

First off, I want to thank Filip for the fantastic enthusiasm & understanding of all the products. This location has ample parking with a spotless interior. Unfortunately the shoes I was looking for are not carried here, but all of the questions I had were accurately answered.

Jonathan is an excellent sales associate. Helped me pick the right shoe and took his time as well as multi tasking. Wish all sales associate 's could take care of people like him. I had an outstanding experience at the New Balance store today. I walked in just 15 minutes before closing, and manager Eric went above and beyond to help me. He took his time exchanging a pair of shoes that didn’t fit, found me the perfect size and style, and got me an insole that actually works great for my feet. He even did a foot scan, explained what my feet needed, and gave me some really helpful shoe recommendations. Not once did I feel rushed — I actually ended up staying about 15 minutes after the store closed, and Eric was nothing but patient and genuinely helpful the whole time. This is exactly how retail should be. Thank you Eric — you made my day! Highly recommend this store because of people like him.

I had a fantastic experience at the New Balance store in Pasadena. Erick helped me out and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He was super personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the shoes and fit options. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit instead of just making a sale. The customer service was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back with my family in the future. Highly recommend this location if you want great service and a stress-free shopping experience.

Normally don't write reviews but after the amazing help and patience from Eric, the assistant store manager, there was no way I couldn't share and highlight his AMAZING customer service. From the moment we walked in Eric helped point out the 880s I was looking for and some other contenders and really took his time explaining how each shoe performed at its best. I'm a long time NB user but have had some serve injuries recently so I came in with a specific shoe in mind but still had some uncertainties. After giving me time to feel out each pair and ask my questions, Eric helped build a shoe (without sacrificing the model I loved) to give me a better fit/support for what my leg + hip needed this go around. I really appreciated the guidance when the options felt a bit overwhelming. He even scanned my foot and trimmed down the support insoles I needed when I thought they felt a bit off so I could have a better judgement of the fit. I honestly could go on about how patient and attentive he was. Definitely will be going back for another pair from this location solely because of how great Eric was, he made not only myself but my dad as well feel comfortable, not rushed, and welcomed in this store!
